Genba is a word that comes from Japanese which means real place. Genba was used as the name of the routine program of the Bomba Group Agroindustry Subholding (PT Golden Blossom Sumatra, PT Mata Rantai Nusantara, and PT Laras Karya Kahuripan) in July, as a positive and strategic step to achieve the stated goals.

This program is carried out by directly visiting the place where work takes place, observing the process, and interacting with workers to understand actual conditions and identify opportunities for improvement.
